We have always watched our favourite K-pop Idols cover songs from either English pop or K-pop. But, have you ever imagined of visualizing your stars move and sway to a Bollywood song before? Yes, the world’s wonder just took place before us as IN2It released a short video of them dancing to “The Jawaani” featuring AleXa.
IN2IT and AleXa prove to be stronger than our scorching sun as they keep melting us with their cute and dedicated series of performances. The act had their first concert on the grounds of India on April 15, 2019 by announcing their IN2ITxION tour in India. The tour included stops in Mumbai and New Delhi. The event was a huge success as the performers and organizers put their heart and soul in availing various favours to their audience.
With covers of BLACKPINK, BTS, EXO and GOT7, the Idols proved their competent skills in the industry. The final stop was an unforgettable experience to all Indian fans as they witnessed semi-Indian dressed Sextet and AleXa perform “Bole Chudiyan” from Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham starring the ever green cast, Sharuk Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Hirthik Roshan and Kajol as lead. The whole territory was shaken by the efforts of the Idols as they became the headlines of every Indian K-popper life.
The tour just marked the beginning of K-pop and India’s journey together as IN2IT and AleXa unexpectedly presented us with a new Bollywood song cover from Korea with love.
The one minute featured Inpyo, Hyunuk, Isaac, Inho, Yeontae, Jiahn and AleXa performing “The Jawaani”, another wonderful production of Karan Johar for the yet to release Hindi movie Student of the Year 2. Dressed in the combination of blue, yellow and black the members performed a crisp choreography adding up to the aesthetic bright sky and still river background. With cute gestures of imitating Bollywood style and Lip-sinking the lyrics, the singers kept us in Awe.
Undoubtedly the video has received a great recognition among IN2Us and other fandoms of India as well.
