SF9 Races Again For “RPM” Japanese MV

The stunning visuals and killer vocals, what more could we expect from the Japanese version of “RPM.”

SF9 once again accelerate for love in their Japanese music video of “RPM” released on August 9. The single will be officially on sale from August 11. As expected, the track comes out with the same energy and style giving every fantasy (fandom name) a reason to chant “RPM RPM BOOM BOOM BOOM” all over again.

The Single

As the nonet fall in with the signal “Come in,” the rhythm lifts up with the banging rap line, Youngbin, Chani and Hwiyoung. The futuristic track soon illuminates the unbeatable vocal line in the pre-chorus followed by the ever reminiscing chorus drop. The rewritten Japanese lyrics gears up towards winning the heart of their loved one with unbeatable speed.

The video captures the continuing conquest of abducting the white suitcase but on earth. Divided into two rival teams, the members plot against each other to cease the priced possession. The video is more like an action movie as it narrates a plot with a beginning and an end within a few minutes. The storyline develops and ends with Chani, who finally loses his hold on the case. The suitcase of this world contains flowery petals, which are taken by Rowoon. The suspense, chasing, rival and action that prevails till end make sure to keep the audience at the edge of their seats. The visuals enthrall us as Youngbin, Inseong, Dawoon, Jaeyoon, Zuho, Rowoon, Taeyang, Hwiyoung and Chani boast on their flawless features in spite of the dim lightings.

The act is currently on road for their FANTASY #2 UNIXERSE Tour, excluding Inseong due to his health conditions.
