2015 has been a traumatic year for all ELFs as 5 members of Super Junior had enlisted for the compulsory military service. Sungmin, Shindong and Eunhyuk enlisted under active duty while Donghae and Siwon enlisted as a conscripted policeman.
As 2015 comes to an end, the charismatic leader of Super Junior, Leeteuk has disclosed a news which will make all ELFs across the world beam with joy!
Leeteuk was seen all smiles in the airport returning from Beijing after receiving the “Best Asian Group award” on 2016 IQIYI. Later that night, he posted on his twitter and instagram revealing that he missed his members a lot and he was very happy to receive the award, even though he felt lonely giving the thank you speech alone on stage. He also confirmed the news that Super Junior will be releasing their 8th album in 2017 and thanked the fans for their support.

Although 2017 is a year away,it is a news which has kept all the ELF’s around the world jumping to their feet as it was confirmed from the leader himself.
Exactly one year from now by December 2016 ,Sungmin and Shindong are expected to be released from military service followed by Eunhyuk, Donghae on July and Siwon on August 2017.
