Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, after having much success with her solo debut as well as her TaeTiSeo promotions has once again made news with her solo comeback . The talented artist released the music video for her digital comeback single “Rain” and fans have had nothing but praise for the jazzy number.
The track has the artist taking on a bluesy, soulful and jazzy-feel tunes with the lyrics referring to the rain bringing back memories of a past love. The video is beautifully shot and features the beautiful artist with her short blonde new hairdo and clad in a fluffy sweater as she reminisces and spills out her broken heart.
While her debut single “I” made listeners hearts soar with inspiration and happiness, “Rain” makes your heart ache. That just goes to show how powerful Taeyeon’s voice is at expressing emotion!
Barely a day after it’s release Taeyeon has already made an all-kill with Melon, Mnet, Bugs, Olleh, Soribada, Genie, Naver, and Monkey3 all reporting that the track ranks #1 on their charts.
Taeyeon’s “Rain” is also the first single to be released via SM Entertainment’s new digital sound system Station.
