“We want to remain as a rookie group”, says VIXX in their latest interview.
It is still hard to believe that it has already been five years that VIXX, who was currently active in Japan promoting their new single ‘Depend On Me’, made their debut in the K-POP industry and they are no longer a rookie group. When someone says “VIXX is a middle-aged idol now”, it is awkward to us as much as it is to them! The boys revealed some of their individual as well as group goals which they want to achieve in 2016 in their latest interview with ‘Naver Star News’.
Leader N, who recently got confirmed as the lead role in the web drama ‘Tomorrow Boy’ said he wants to do justice to his character as it is the first time he has been offered a lead role. He also added that he wants to do extremely well both as an actor and a singer as well. Member Hongbin also expressed his desire to act in a film, if given a chance.
While member and rapper Ravi stated that he wants to improve his rapping skills and show more improved side of him through his music and performances, Leo added that he wants to achieve much more in 2016 than what he and the group has achieved last year.
“I want to appear on SBS’s ‘Running Man’”, said Ken. “I also want VIXX to do a commercial film this year”, he added. Youngest member Hongbin expressed his desire to be active in various other fields like musicals and variety shows like the other members. He also added that he wants to show his vocal skills to all his fans and wants to produce his own music.
Although the group is already five years old, the boys revealed that they have so many things left to show to their fans and also promised to work harder and become a group that everyone will appreciate and look forward to.
Let us continue to show our love to VIXX and we cannot wait for their next comeback already!
